Currently, the occurrence of diseases in digestive system swine has increased. Environmental stress and gastric bacteria were associated with body imbalance ulcer, which are related to pathological changes stomach. This study aimed investigate stomach histological characteristics beta-agonist free, hygienic, natural different farming methods. Three types swine’s stomachs bought from three farms. The samples each part stomach, including fundus, body, antrum, pylorus, processed through histopathological techniques dyed haematoxylin eosin. results showed that fundus beta agonist-free had thinnest mucosa submucosa layers highest number inflammatory cells both (p < 0.001, all). hygienic amount red blood pylorus 0.001).
